Catchment Area: The Neighbourhood Care Groups are only able to offer help to their local community. These local community catchments are organised along the Borough of Richmond Upon Thames ward boundaries or sorted according to Parish Boundaries. Each Neighbourhood Care group has a different catchment area as defined by their constitution.
